竹浆纤维赛络纺针织纱的生产实践 被引量:14

摘要 为提高竹浆纤维针织纱质量,采用赛络纺工艺。针对竹浆纤维强力较低、抱合力较差、初始模量小、吸放湿较快,易产生静电等特点,在各工序采取必要的技术措施。开清棉多松少打;梳棉采用低速度,加大道夫转移率,减少纤维损伤;并条合理配置牵伸工艺,降低出条速度;粗纱采用较大的捻系数;细纱合理设定速度、隔距、捻度、喂入喇叭口中心距,优选钢领、钢丝圈和胶辊;络筒控制好卷绕张力和速度;严格控制各工序温湿度和半成品回潮率,消除静电,成功地纺制出质量较好的竹浆纤维赛络纺14.8 tex针织纱。达到了通过赛络纺工艺改善成纱条干、提高强力、减少毛羽,提高成纱质量的目的。 To improve bamboo fiber knitting yarn quality,sirospun processing was adopted. According to bamboo fiber characteristics such as lower strength, worse cohesion force, smaller modulus, faster moisture absorption and release, easy to produce electrostatic, necessary technology measures in each process were adopted. In opening and picking process, processing of more open less beat was adopted, in carding process processing of lower speed, worse doffer transfer rate to reduce fiber injury were adopted. In drawing process, draft processing should be set rationally and output speed should be reduced. In roving process, larger twist factor was adopted. In spinning process, speed, gauge, twist, feed pipe socket centre distance should be set rationally, ring, ring traveler and rubber-covered roll should optimized. Winding ten- sion and speed should be controlled in winding process. Temperature & humidity in each process,semi-product moisture regain should be controlled strictly,static electricity should be eliminated, finally better bamboo sirospun 18.4 tex knitting yarn could be made successfully,aim of improving finish yarn evenness,increasing strength and reducing hairiness, increasing yarn quality could be realized.
