A Brief Discussion on Construction Quality and Safety Information Disclosure

在新形势下,如何在健全的法律法规体系下实施信息公开制度,充分满足社会对工程质量安全信息的需求,是建筑行业监管部门及相关单位必须认真研究的一项重要课题。为此,结合工作实践,从建设行业内公开和全社会公开两个层面,探讨了信息公开的内容、组织程序以及信息公开的管理行为规范等问题。

In new situation, demand of the information disclosure on construction quality and safety increases day by day, how to carry out the information disclosure in the wholesome law and standards system, which is an important issue to make sure to enhance the construction quality and safety management level at home. Based on the above consideration and work praetiee, from two aspects of disclosure in the industry and in the whole society, the content on problems of information disclosure, organization process and information disclosure management behavior standard is discussed.
