QC Group Overcome the Construction Quality Problem of Reinforced Concrete Truss Beam

在信宜大厦工程施工中,为解决钢筋混凝土桁架梁的施工质量问题,项目部在现场组建了QC小组,进行技术攻关。通过对现场最小的一榀钢筋混凝土桁架梁和以往施工的钢筋混凝土梁的混凝土浇筑质量情况进行调查、分析和研究,查找出存在的问题及其要因,并据此确定了施工质量控制的重点及对策,保证了工程质量。

In the project of Xinyi Mansion construction, to ensure the construction quality of reinforced eoncrete truss beam, project department set up Quality control Club on the spot to attack the key problem. Through the concrete pouring quality situation of a smallest set of reinforced concrete truss beam and the investigation, analysis and research of former reinforced concrete pouring situation, the problems and the main reason is found, the key points and the measurements is confirmed in the construction quality control, the construction quality is promised.
