摘要
针对内罐泄漏条件下圆柱形预应力LNG储罐混凝土外墙,利用ANSYS软件建立储罐外墙有限元模型。在不同地震波作用下,将动液压力解析解与地震荷载同时作用于储罐外墙,进行动力响应分析。结果表明:地震波波形对结构动力反应的影响比较大。预应力筋效应能对储罐外墙起到抵消环向应力的作用。不同预应力构件在同种地震波作用下,同一位置同一时刻的环向应力大小相差为0.01%~3.81%;Taft波产生的环向应力较大。通过比较各构件的受力特性为实际工程配置预应力钢筋率提供理论依据和数值分析。
Under the conditions inside the tank against leakage of cylindrical outer wall of prestressed concrete LNG storage tanks,using ANSYS software,finite element model of the external walls of the establishment of storage tanks.Under the action of the different seismic waves,the analytic solution dynamic fluid pressure and seismic loads are acting on the tank wall at the same time to carry out dynamic response analysis.The results show that:seismic waveform effects of the structural dynamic response is relatively large.Prestressed reinforcement effect can offset the tank circumferential wall stress play a role.Different PSC waves in the same farm,under the action of the same location the same time the size of the ring to stress the difference of 0.01% ~ 3.81%;Taft hoop stress waves generated by large.By comparing the characteristics of the various components of the force for the practical engineering configurations provide a theoretical basis the rate of prestressed reinforcement,and numerical analysis.
