摘要
联合站是油气集输系统的主要组成部分和耗能单元,对其进行系统优化节能降耗从而降低运行成本是十分必要的。以大庆油田掺水系统中某一联合站为研究对象,建立系统能耗平衡模型,对其进行能耗平衡分析,并以最小能耗为目标函数对联合站系统进行优化。研究结果表明通过系统优化改造降低了系统生产运行成本。
Multipurpose station is the primary part and energy consumption unit in oil and gas gathering and transportation system.It is necessary to research and optimize energy distribution of the multi-purpose station to reduce the cost and energy consumption.The oil field multi-purpose station was made based on a multipurpose station of Daqing oil field,the energy equilibrium models was made,and the energy consumption of the holistic multi-purpose station was analyzed.It takes the minimum energy power as the objective function to optimizing oil field multi-purpose station.The results show that the operation and running cost of system could be decreased with the system optimization method.
