摘要
采用双真空冶炼工艺,分别研究了不同的CrE、NiE配比对钢显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明:CrE/NiE比值越低时,钢淬回火后组织中马氏体越完全,铁素体数量越少,同时钢的综合性能指标越理想。针对CrE/NiE比值较高的情况,可以通过调整淬回火制度,来弥补性能的不足。
Adopted the dual vacuum smelting process,the affection on the steel microstructure and mechanical properties of different CrE,NiE ratio was studied.The results show that:the lower the CrE /NiE ratio is,the Martensite organization of the steel after quenching and tempering was more complete,the fewer the number of ferrite,while the comprehensive performance is more desirable.For a higher ratio of CrE /NiE,quenching and tempering system can be adjusted to compensate for performance deficiencies.
