摘要
为了适应光照强度的变化,通常需要改变积分时间来选择合适的曝光量。但积分时间设置过长,会使CMOS图像传感器的输出帧频大幅度的降低。为了解决这一问题,以IBIS5-A-1300CMOS图像传感器为例。在分析其内部结构和积分驱动时序的基础上,提出了一种改进的设计方法,可以保证在对图像传感器的输出帧频影响较小情况下,能够实现自适应光照强度调整。利用VHDL语言对设计的驱动时序进行描述,并在QuartusⅡ环境下进行系统功能仿真,仿真结果表明,所设计的驱动时序可以满足自适应曝光的要求。
In order to adapt the variational light intensity,it is necessary to change integration time for optimal exposure.But the overlong integration time result in the frame rate of CMOS image sensor decreases rapidly.Depend on analyzing the IBIS5-A-1300 CMOS image sensor's internal structure and timing,a new design is proposed to achieve the purpose of adaptive light intensity,which has few influence on CMOS image sensor's frame rate.To describe the timing with VHDL language and perform a functional simulation in QuartusⅡ,the result of simulation shows that the design can be suitable for the demand of adaptive exposure.
