摘要
研究了在催化量的Sr(OTf)2/H2O2存在下,卤化苄、β-羰基羧酸酯和脲发生Biginelli缩合反应。"一锅法"高效地得到3,4-二氢嘧啶酮类药物中间体。该反应具有适用范围广、反应条件温和、产物收率高,环境友好,催化剂可回收再用且不失活性等优点,为3,4-二氢嘧啶酮类药物中间体的合成提供了一条全新的理想路线。
A novel and efficient synthesis of dihydropyrimidiones is developed by one-pot condensation of benzyl halohydrocarbon,β-naphthol and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds in the presence of strontium(II)triflate/hydrogen peroxide as a catalyst in high yields.
