摘要 车辆装备的正常使用依赖于经济而有效的保障,而能否选择最优的车辆装备保障方案则是保障得力与否的关键。运用集对分析方法,从基本概念出发,提出车辆装备保障方案评估模型。通过建立待评估方案决策矩阵,构造理想方案。运用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,对各项指标值与其相应权重系数线性叠加,最后根据结果得出保障方案的优劣顺序。 It depends on the economic and effective support for the vehicle equipment's normal use.And whether the best vehicle equipment support project can be chosen is the key of the successful support.So the set pair analysis method is applied.And according to the basic concept of the method,the evaluation model of the vehicle equipment support project is put forward.By establishing a need evaluation project decision matrix,an ideal project is constructed.By using the analytic hierarchy process method,the weight coefficients of the evaluation index are confirmed.And lastly by linearly adding the weight coefficients to various index sign values,the outstanding support project can be totally confirmed.
