摘要
生物素是一种水溶性的含硫维生素,与机体的碳水化合物、脂肪酸、蛋白质和核酸代谢有着密切的关系。本文主要从生物素的化学特性、生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行了综述。
Biotin is a kind of water-soluble sulf-vitamin.Biotin is closely related with the metabolism of carbohy- drate,fatty acid,protein and nucleic acid.Biotin＇s chemical character and physiological fimctions and its applications were reviewed in this study.
