摘要
对紫花苜蓿９个不同半月龄的粗蛋白、细胞内容物、细胞壁、酸性洗涤纤维、纤维素和木质素含量进行了测试，并进行了统计分析。结果表明，这些营养成分含量随株龄的变化而变化，紫花苜蓿中粗蛋白、细胞内容物含量与株龄呈极显著负相关，细胞壁、酸性洗涤纤维、纤维素、木质素含量与株龄呈极显著正相关，用株龄变量建立了估测这些营养成分含量的回归方程，经检验，大部分准确度较高。
The crude protein, cellular content, cell wall, acid detergent fibre, cellulose and lignin content in nine different development stages of alfalfa were determined and the statistical analyses were done. The results showed plant age affected the nutrient content. Crude protein content were significantly negative relationship with plant age whereas cell wall constituent, acid detergent fibre, cellulose and lignin content were positively related to plant age. The regressive equation was given to estimate the nutrient content according to plant age and most of them were correct.
