摘要 α-硫辛酸是一种类维生素物质,具有很强的抗氧化性。本文对α-硫辛酸的抗氧化性、能量代谢作用及在动物上的应用作一综述。 Alpha-lipoic acid is a kind of vitamin like nutrient with strong antioxidant activities.The article reviewed its anfioxidant activities, the role on energy metabolism and applications in animals.
