ELISA法检测配合饲料中黄曲霉素B_1前处理方法的改进研究

Study on improving the pretreatment method of determining aflatoxin B_1 in formula feed by ELISA

用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)法检测配合饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的含量,关键在于样品的前处理。本文对配合饲料中AFB1的前处理作了方法改进。结果表明:改进后的前处理方法较国标方法能显著地提高AFB1的检出量,与高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法数据一致,且改进方法加标回收理想,平均回收率为87.3%～94.5%。

The key to the determination of aflatoxin B1 （AFB1）in the formula feed by enzyme linked immunoserbent assay （ELISA）is sample pretreatment.The evaluation of method was studied in this paper according to the pretreatment of the formula feed.Results showed that the improving method could improve evidently the determination data of AFB1 ,the data of ELISA was equal to high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）,and the AFB1 recovery of the improving method was good,the average recovery rate was 87.3 % -94.5 %.
