轮胎起子锻模优化设计

摘要 以两种汽车轮胎起子模锻为研究对象,分析了锻件成形的锻造工艺性,制定了锻造工艺和锻模设计的优化方案,介绍了锻模优化设计的要点,达到了优质、高效和低耗的效果。 The two kinds of automobile tires screwdriver die forging for the study, analysis of the forging of the forging process of forming, the development of the forging die forging process design and optimization program, introduced to optimize the design of forging die of the main points, reaching high-quality, efficient, and low results.
