this article analyzes the moulding process characteristics of plastic sleeves from perspectives of parts and raw materials it uses, and determines mould joints and number of mold cavity. It completes the design of injection system for plastic-injection dies, as well as the measurement design and calculation of mold cavity and mould cores. It successfully realizes the plastic injection moulding of plastic sleeves through mould design, manufacturing and commissioning.
