颈部增生挛缩性瘢痕影响外观及颈部活动，给患者带来极大身心痛苦。颈部扩张皮瓣因其质地色泽弹性与周围组织相同，供区瘢痕小，已成为颈部瘢痕修复的首选方法。采用扩张皮瓣修复颈部增生性瘢痕的手术周期较长，期间的影响因素也较多，尤其是注水扩张阶段，易出现各种并发症。护理工作贯穿始终，对于该手术的成功至关重要。本文就颈部增生性瘢痕修复过程中扩张皮瓣的护理现状分不同阶段作了全面概括。

Hypertrophic and contractive scar in cervical part could influence appearance and neck activity, bringing tremendous physical and emotional pain of patients. Cervical expansion flap, due to the similar of color, elasticity and texture with surrounding tissues, had become the preferred method of repairing the cervical scar. Because its long operation period and various complications, nursing was very important. This paper summarized current nursing on expansion flap during the repairing operation of hypertrophic and contractive scar in Cervical part.
