摘要
针对滚轮原工艺存在的工艺出品率低、表面品质差等铸造缺陷问题,依据生产实际情况,通过设置补贴,采用铬铁矿砂,结合铸造凝固仿真模拟验证,最终确定了新的工艺方案,解决了原工艺存在的问题,提高了铸件工艺出品率和表面品质。
The original casting process of roller has the problem of too much metal waste rate and bad surface quality. With adding allowance, using chromate sand and process simulation, the casting design has been modified.
