针对装备建设资源投资管理问题,以装备全系统全寿命管理理论和装备投资理论为指导,以数理统计、比对、系统分析等方法手段为支撑,分析了美军装备建设经费的历年数据资料,以统计表、对比图、趋势曲线等形式,研究了美军装备建设经费投资结构的特点和变化规律,对我军装备建设资源投资管理具有借鉴和启示作用。

In allusion to the matter of management of equipment constructing resource investment, applying the managing theories of equipment whole system and life and equipment investing theories, using Statistic method, contrasting method, System analysis and so on, analyze past years data of American equipment constructing resource, and research the point and changing orderliness of American equipment constructing resource structure, that is use for our army corps.
