Estimation Study on Cumulative Amount of Rural Infrastructure Investment

农村基础设施投资资本存量测算是研究农村经济增长内部动因的前提,是制定和评价农村发展战略的基础,是进一步探讨农村基础设施高效运行与农村经济相互关系的必要条件。通过系统研究永续盘存法的理论基础及其常用公式,回顾和比较已有研究我国资本存量的相关文献,从经济折旧率选择、基年资本存量估计、当年投资额选取和投资品价格指数的构造4方面进行了处理,从而估算了1978~2007年农村基础设施投资各年年末所形成的资本存量,以期为后续研究提供比较全面和准确的数据基础。

Evaluating the cumulative amount of rural infrastructure investment,is the premise to research into internal reason for rural economic growth.It is the basis of setting up and evaluating rural development strategy.It is also helpful to further inquire into its impetus on economic growth.Through systematically studying on perpetual inventory method＇s theoretical bases and its common formulas,reviewing and comparing with exist relative documents researching on cumulative amount of capital in China,it carefully handles and analyzes from four angles,i.e.choosing economic depreciation rate,assessing initial cumulative amount of capital,selecting investment goods price index in successive years and composing price index.Then it estimates cumulative amount of infrastructure investment at the end of years from 1978 to 2007 to supply comparable comprehensive and accurate data for further research.
