摘要
1996年,由于病毒性虾病暴发,斯里兰卡80%以上养虾场濒于绝产。笔者在A.E.虾场利用30个0.5hm2的池塘进行养虾防病试验。采取的措施是:将10个池改为海水沉淀消毒池。20个养虾池铲除淤泥,翻耕曝晒,遍洒生石灰。选择健壮虾苗暂养15~3O天后放入养殖池,每地放养10~12.5万尾。池四角各设一台水车式增氧机,使油水溶氧始终保持3mg/L以上。投喂全人工配合系列饵料。加强水质管理,使透明度保持30~40cm,盐度保持25左右,采取综合措施防治虾病。经120天养殖,每他总产量2.5~3t,平均规格30~35g/尾,平均成活率80%以上。
The intensive culture of tiger prawn(Penaeus monodon)is very popular in Srilanka. The tiger prawn can be harvested two times a year. Selecting large and healthy postlarvae, thoroughly cleanning the bottom of the pond, retaining water to precipitate 1n thepond,disinfecting the culture water,cutting off the infection way of the disease, and maintaining good water environment are all effective measures for the prevention of shrlrnp diseases.The average yield of tiger prawn per hectare could reach to 5~6 t every harvest.
