摘要
广州洲头咀隧道沉管段为变截面,共4节管段,分两批预制沉放。论证了干舷及沉放稳定性控制、沉放间隔时间长引起的差异沉降问题及管段E1、E2临时系泊区问题;结合施工过程,分析了管段沉放系泊、初步对接、拉合对接、稳定压载等难点问题,给出管段沉放的措施及对策。最后,研究了沉管基础灌砂法处理及其施工质量控制措施。
Non-uniform cross-section pipe sections are designed in Zhoutouzui Tunnel in Guangzhou. The four pipe sections are pre-fabricated and installed in two groups. Firstly, authors discuss the stability control of freeboards and non-uniform cross-section pipe sections during the pipe sinking, the differential settlement caused by long intervals during the construction, and the problem of the temporary mooring sites of the pipe section E1 and E2. Secondly, difficulties during construction process are analyzed such as sinking and mooring of pipe sections, initial connection, docking and stable loading. And then several key technical measures of pipe sections sinking are proposed. Finally, the sand replacement method for dealing with immersed foundation and control measures for construction quality of the sinking pipes are discussed.
