摘要
以１０年定位培肥土壤试验材料为对象，通过对其微生物量的测定，从土壤生物化学角度对３种不同培肥措施的效果给出评价，即秸秆＋化肥措施与厩肥＋化肥措施培肥土壤作用大体相当，但均优于单纯施化肥措施。
Data of 10 years' fixed-point test of building up soil fertility was used to make an assessment of the effect of 3 different measures for building up fertility from the angle of soil biochemistry on the basis of identification of the soil microbial biomass .The results show that the effect of straw+fertilizer was almost the same as that of barnyard manure+fertilizer on building up soil fertility but both of them were higher than that of using fertilizer only.
