摘要
首钢京唐1580mm热轧水处理旋流沉淀池为直径28m的圆形地下结构,地下连续墙设计深度60m,厚1.2m,为深基坑围护墙和建筑物承重墙两墙合一。工程毗邻海岸,对地下连续墙防渗性能要求高。介绍了地下连续墙成槽、泥浆制备、槽段接头处理、地下连续墙钢筋和混凝土施工及变形监测等关键施工工艺。施工效果证明,地下连续墙垂直度、平整度好,槽段未有渗漏水现象,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Swirl sedimentation tank for hot rolling water treatment in Shougang Jingtang is an underground circular structure,which is 28m in diameter. The diaphragm wall of the swirl sedimentation tank with 60m depth and 1. 2m thickness is designed as retaining wall of deep foundation excavation and bearing foundation of tank. The waterproof capability of the diaphragm wall is very important,because the project is adjacent to seaside. Key construction technologies are introduced including trenching,slurry preparation,joints treatment,steel bars and concrete construction,as well as deformation monitoring. Construction effect proves that the verticality,smoothness and waterproof capability of diaphragm can match requirements,and good social and economical benefits are gained.
