阜阳泉河大桥大跨度V形墩应力监测技术

摘要 阜阳泉河大桥V形墩两斜腿与竖直方向夹角为38°,V形墩和0号段混凝土用量875m3。施工过程中V形墩承受较大的斜向分力,可能导致斜腿根部拉应力超限。采用体内传感器进行应力监测,确定V形墩应力的影响因素为施工临时荷载不确定,混凝土体积、容重等计算参数差异,测试温度变化及计算模型差异等,防止结构出现超限拉应力,确保施工质量。 The two inclined legs of V-shaped piers of Fuyang Quanhe Bridge joint at an angle of 76°,and the total concrete quantity of V-shaped pier and No. 0 segment is 875m3,therefore the root of inclined legs may crack owing to large oblique component force in the V-shaped pier. The embedded sensors are adopted to monitor stress of V-shaped pier. According to monitoring results,the influence factors of concrete stress are analyzed,including uncertainty of temporary loads,difference of calculation parameters for concrete volume and density,changing of monitoring temperature and difference of calculation model. The pier and No. 0 segment is successfully completed.
