摘要
轻质混凝土吸音块主要采用工业废料制成,是无毒、环保、节能的新材料,具有施工成本低、使用寿命长等优点。兰州大学榆中校区游泳馆室内四周采用轻质混凝土吸音清水墙,由镀锌钢丝网片、L形镀锌固定铁件和钢筋混凝土构件连接。介绍了轻质混凝土吸音墙材料性能要求及砌筑工艺。通过此项技术实施,解决了传统吸音墙裂缝、黏结性差等问题。
Lightweight concrete sound-absorbing block is mainly made of industrial waste. Thus it is new material with advantages of non-toxicity,environmental protection,energy-saving,low cost and long service life. The swimming pool of Lanzhou University Yuzhong Campus adopts fair-faced internal wall with lightweight concrete sound-absorbing blocks. The sound-absorbing block is connected to reinforced concrete components with galvanized reinforcement mesh and L-shaped fixed iron. Authors introduce materials performance and masonry technology of lightweight concrete sound-absorbing wall. By adopting the technology,the problems of cracks and weak connection of traditional sound-absorbing wall are solved successfully.
