摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定生物样品中五羟色胺含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-电化学检测器法。结果:HPLC法测定生物样品中五羟色胺的线性范围为0.05~50ng/mL,r=0.9997。平均回收率大于90%,日内和日间相对标准偏差均小于5%。结论:本法简便、准确、快捷,可用于生物样品中的5-羟色胺的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the quantitive determination of the 5-HT in biological samples measured by HPLC method with Electrochemical detector.Methods:HPLC-ECD was adopted.Results:The calibration curve of 5-HT was liner between 0.05-50 ng·ml-1,r=0.9997.Absolute recovery was more than 90%,within-day and between-day RSD were less than 5%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,highly accurate and precise.It can be uesd in the quantitative determination of 5-HT.
