摘要
目的:探讨HPLC测定蛇莓中熊果酸含量的方法。方法:采用Thermo ODS-2HYPERTIL C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;柱温为室温(26℃);流动相:NaH2PO47.8g/L-甲醇(14∶86);检测波长:210nm;流速:0.8mL/min。结果:熊果酸在1.780～5.340μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9965);平均回收率=98.7,RSD=0.92%(n=9)。结论:本测定方法简单、准确、可靠,可以作为评价蛇莓质量的有效方法。
Objective：Investigate the method of the determination of Ursolic acid in the Herba Duchesnea Indicae.The chromatographic separation was performed on a Thermo ODS-2HYPER-TIL C18（250×4.6 mm,5μm）;Methods：The column warm was 25℃;the mobile phase consisting of NaH2PO47.8g/L-Methyl alcohol（14：86）;Examination wave length 210nm;Speed of flow：0.8mL/min.Results：The liner relationship of Ursolic acid was good within the range of 1.780～5.340μg（r=0.9965）.The average recovery was 98.7%（n=9） and RSD was 0.92%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and it can be used as an effective way to evaluate the quality of Duchesnea.
