褐稻虱个体酶活检测技术及单雌后代个体的酶活比较

Studies on Technology for Detecting Enzyme Activity within a Single Insect and Comparasion of EST and POD Activity among Individual Brown Planthoppers

本文报道２种检测褐稻虱个体酯酶（ＥＳＴ）和过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）活性的简便方法，即分光光度法和醋酸纤维素膜法。酶活测定结果表明，在单雌传的褐稻虱群体中，各类个体的ＥＳＴ及ＰＯＤ的活性表现是：短翅雌虫＞长翅雌虫＞雄虫＞５龄若虫；同类个体间亦有差异。

The methods of spectrophotometry and reaction on cellulose acetate membrance were used to test individual brown planthopper's EST and POD activity.The results showed that different type of individual gave a different EST and POD activity even within a offspring population from one female adult BPH and the range of the two enzyme's activity was as follows:Short winged female adult>long winged female adult>male adult>5th instar nephy.
