摘要
】用1~6μM/L甲氨磷处理蒜根尖。结果表明,2~5μM/L甲氨磷可提高蒜根尖分生组织细胞有丝分裂指数。其中,4μM/L处理可使分生组织细胞分裂指数提高至3.96,而对照仅为2.09;5~6μM/L处理可诱导根尖分生组织产生“多倍化”、“双核”和“多极化”分裂细胞。故5~6μM/L甲氨磷是蒜根尖分生组织细胞产生异常分裂的临界浓度。
The effect of Amiphrophos methyl (APM) on cell mitotis of root tips of Allium sativum was investigated at different concentrations (1~6 μM/L). The results indicated that mitotic index (MI) could be obviously increased when root tips were treated at 2~5 μM/L APM for 6 h. MI could be increased 3.96 when root tips were treated 4 μM/L APM, while 2.09 of mitotic index observed in the control. Chromosome doubling, binucleate cells and mutipolar cell division could be observed when root tips were treated with 5~6 μM/L APM。 This concentration was therefore considered threshold concentration for causing in Allium sativum abnormal cell mitotis which could be caused due to the disturbance in spindle function.
