几丁酶细菌的分离和抗病虫研究 被引量:6

摘要 】从土壤中分离出1株杆状细菌,具有显著的产几丁酶活性。对稻瘟病、赤霉病和大斑病病源菌丝生长的抑制效果达49.3%~84.3%,并能增强杀虫剂的杀虫效果,减少药量1~4倍。 A bacterium which was isolated from soil could produce chitinase and in turn inhibit the growth of diseases fungi such as Piricularia oryzae, Exserohilum turcicum and Gibberella zeae by 49.3%~84.3%. It could also enforce the insecticide and reduce its dose by 1~4 times.
