单纯性肥胖者血清Vaspin水平与胰岛素抵抗的相关性 被引量:9

Association of serum vaspin concentration with insulin resistance in obese people

摘要 目的探讨单纯性肥胖者血清内脏Vaspin(脂肪特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂)水平与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测单纯性肥胖组(60例)和正常对照组(27例)的空腹血清vaspin水平,同时测定其空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂谱,计算体重指数(BMI)和腰臀比(WHR),并以稳态模型计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果单纯性肥胖组的血清vaspin水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。Vaspin与性别、BMI、腰围(W)、WHR、FINS、HOMA-IR及甘油三酯(TG)呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈显著负相关(P<0.05);WHR、性别和HDL-C是血清vaspin的独立相关因素。结论单纯性肥胖者血清vaspin水平明显升高。Vaspin可能代偿性地参与了肥胖者IR的发生。 Objective To investigate the association of serum vaspin levels with insulin resistance in obese people.Methods Serum vaspin concentration was measured with ELISA in 60 obese and 27 normal people.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),insulin(FIns),glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)and lipid profiles were measured as well.BMI and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)were recorded and insulin sensitivity was assessed by HOMA-IR.Results Serum vaspin concentration in obese group was significantly higher than that in normal group(P0.01).Vaspin was positively correlated with sex,BMI,W,WHR,FIns,HOMA-IR and TG(P0.05 or P0.01),but negtively correlated with HDL-C(P0.05).WHR,sex and HDL-C were independent factors for serum vaspin concentrations.Conclusion Serum vaspin concentration is increased in obese people.Vaspin may contribute partly to the pathogenesis of insulin resistance in the obese.
