摘要
利用GZ1型热风干燥试验台对野生凤尾蕨进行了薄层正交试验,得出影响干燥速率的主次因素,根据试验结果初步提出了较佳脱水工艺,并初步确定了干燥失水的数学模型。
The thin layer trial of drying Pteris wallichiana Agardh with GZ 1 convective airflow test bed was carried out. The temperature, velocity of the drying medium and material quantity on drying rate were suggested. The best drying process was provided, and the mathematical model of drying was initially constructed.
