临床药学(七年制)专业建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Higher Education in Seven-Year Speciality of Clinical Pharmacy

目的探索与实践临床药学(七年制)专业的建设,以培养具有医药学专门知识的高级临床药师。方法在山东大学首办七年制临床药学专业,通过专业课程建设、毕业实习环节、加强专业教学和实习管理、增进交流等,拓宽办学思路。结果成功开办了临床药学(七年制)专业,但专业有以下不足:①社会了解度不够,学生专业思想不稳固;②课程设置有缺陷;③临床课教学和实习质量有待提高。结论七年制临床药学专业在山东大学的成功开办,在国内是有较强的示范性和试验性意义。但专业在社会了解度、课程设置、临床课教学和实习质量上有待提高。

Objective To explore and practice the establishment of seven-year speciality of clinical pharmacy so as to cultivate the higher pharmacist with the knowledge of the comprehensive medicine and pharmacy.Methods Seven-year speciality of clinical pharmacy was first established in College of Pharmacy of Shandong University.The curriculum setting,clinical practice,strengthening management of speciality teaching and practice,and academic exchange were considered to broaden the train of thoughts.Results Seven-year speciality of clinical pharmacy was successfully established in College of Pharmacy of Shandong University,but it had following shortcomings：①the acquaintance of society to this speciality was limited and the thinking of students was unstable;②the curriculum setting had defect;③the quality of speciality teaching and practice needed enhancement.Conclusion Successful estabishment of seven-year speciality of clinical pharmacy in College of Pharmacy of Shandong University has the extensive significance of an example and trial in civil,but this speciality should have improvement or enhancement in the acquaintance of society,the curriculum setting,and the quality of speciality teaching and practice.
