糖尿病肾病患者中血小板-白细胞聚集体的表达及与炎症反应的关系 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症,是引起糖尿病患者致残、致死的重要原因之一,其发病与患者体内的血栓前状态密切相关,血小板活化与内皮细胞损伤在其发病机制中起重要作用。研究表明,活化的血小板与白细胞黏附形成PLA是血小板活化的敏感指标,同时近年研究发现,炎症反应在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展中起相当重要作用。我们对糖尿病肾病患者外周血中PLA的表达及hs—CRP水平进行测定,以探讨PLA在糖尿病肾病中的表达及其与炎症反应的关系。
