PSA值增高患者前列腺液中白细胞计数分析

Study of the leukocytic status in the prostatic fluid of patients with high PSA value

目的分析前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)值增高的患者前列腺液中的白细胞数值。方法对122例PSA值增高的患者进行前列腺液中的白细胞计数,并分析PSA升高白细胞计数值与患者年龄、PSA、前列腺体积等指标的关系。结果患者的前列腺液中白细胞密度(平均5.29×106/mL)和总数(平均1.58×106)均增高,白细胞总数与前列腺体积呈显著性相关,非前列腺癌患者比前列腺癌患者的前列腺体积和白细胞总数显著增高。结论非前列腺癌患者的PSA值增高可能与前列腺液中的白细胞增高有关。

Objective To study the status of leukocyte in the prostatic fluid obtained from patients with high PSA value. Methods Prostatic fluid was obtained from 122 patients with high PSA value before transrectal prostatic biopsy,and the number of leukocytes in the prostatic fluid was calculated. The relationship between the leukocyte number and patients＇age, PSA and prostate volume was analyzed by means of correlation analysis and t-test. Results High leukocyte density （average 5.29 × 10^6/mL） and increased leukocyte number （ average 1. 58 ×10^6 ） were found in prostatic fluid in all patients. Significant correlation was detected between the total leukocyte number and prostate volume. Prostate volume and total leukycyte number were significantly higher in non-prostate cancer patients than in prostate cancer patients. Conclusion Elevated PSA value might be corelated with high leukocyte number in the prostatic fluid in non prostate cancer patients.
