摘要
本文介绍了用提拉法法生长的双掺(Nd,Ce):YAP 单晶和用激光加热基座法(LHPG)生长的晶纤。讨论了该晶体及晶纤生长中的规律。
In this paper,double-doped(Nd,Ce):YAP single crystalsand single crystal fibers were grown respectively by the Czochralski methodand the laser-heated miniature pedestal method(LHPH).Some regulations ofthe growth processes were discussed.
