摘要
本工作测定了含 Ca^(2+)量为0—100ppm 的 GGG 单晶的正电子寿命和 S 线形参数。Ca^(2+)含量在0—13.0 ppm 时,(?)和 S_j 随[Ca^(2+)]增加而线性增加,在其他浓度,(?)_j 和 S_j 只有轻微上升。研究了掺 Ca^(2+)后氧空位产生及其变化。
The positron lifetime (?) and the S-parameter of GGG doped withCa^(2+) from 0 to 100 ppm were measured.The (?) and S increase linearly withthe doping concentration of Ca^(2+) in the range 0 to 13.3 ppm,but slightlyincrease with Ca^(2+) in other ranges.The creation and variation of the oxygenvacancies in GGG doped with Ca~_(2+) were investigated.
