摘要
为了满足水沟钒矿倾斜中厚结块性矿体的回采需要,开展了有针对性的采矿方法研究工作。通过类比分析和针对矿体不同的倾角情况,分别采用"分段式浅孔溜矿法"和电耙出矿的"浅孔房柱法"进行开采,并结合现场实际对采场结构参数进行优化,使之在保证安全的前提下,单位采场生产率达到80~150 t/d,矿石回采率达到85%~90%、贫化率为8%~12%,均达到了相关要求,证明两种方案是适合水沟钒矿结块性矿体开采的有效方法。
In order to mining the inclined medium thick ore-body with caking property in Shuigou Vanadium Mine,the targeted research on mining method was made.According to analogy analysis and tilt angle changes of the ore-body,sublevel short-hole shrinkage stoping and short-hole room-pillar stoping in which electric scrapers is used for ore-drawing were adopted to the Vanadium mining,and combined with the field practical condition,the structure parameters of stope were optimized.On the premise of ensuring safety in production,the unit stope productivity reached 80~150t/d,ore recovery rate reached 85%~90%,ore dilution rate was 8%~12%,all meeting the related requirements.The practice proved that the two mining methods are effective for the caking ore-body mining in Shuigou Vanadium Mine.
