摘要
自然崩落法中放矿品位预测研究旨在提高放矿品位预测精度,降低损失贫化。针对铜矿峪矿自然崩落法放矿高度为120 m的特点,进行了放矿物理模拟试验。通过统计放矿口上方每一层(共13层)颜色的颗粒在不同的放矿量下所占的比例并进行回归分析,提出了任意放矿阶段出矿品位预测模型,品位预测精度达到85%以上,解决了原有的品位计算模型不能针对任意放矿量下的放矿品位进行预测的问题。
The study on prediction of ore-drawn grade for block caving method aims at both improving the prediction accuracy of ore-drawn grade and reducing ore loss and dilution.According to the ore-drawn height of 120 meters for block caving in Tongkuangyu Copper Mine,the physical simulation experiment of ore-drawn was carried out.Both on the statistics and the regressive analysis were made on the particle components of each layer(13 layers totally and different particles having different colours) of above ore-drawn point for different volume of ore-drawn.A grade prediction model for any stage of ore-drawn was suggested.The grade prediction accuracy of the model can reach over 85%.So the problem that original ore-drawn grade computation model can not predict the ore-drawn grade at any stage of ore-drawn has been solved.
