某海滨砂矿的矿物学特征与选矿试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 在矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上,通过磁选、重选等系列试验研究,确定了某海滨砂矿的最佳选矿工艺流程及工艺指标。工艺矿物学研究表明,钛、铁共生紧密,难以分离,可作为钛磁铁矿回收利用。原矿磁选试验结果表明,采用湿法预选-磨矿-磁选流程得到的钛磁铁矿精矿:Fe品位为60.28%,回收率为76.13%,TiO2品位为12.62%,回收率为62.06%。尾矿重选试验结果表明,采用一粗一精的摇床选别流程得到的精矿:Fe品位为46.70%,作业回收率为68.45%,TiO2品位为22.02%,作业回收率为79.01%。 Based on study on the technological mineralogy of a beach placer,through series of magnetic and gravity separation experiments,optimum processing flow and indices for the placer were determined.The research on technical mineralogy showed that titanium and iron are associated closely so difficult to separate,which could be utilized as titanomagnetite.The result of magnetic separation experiments of the raw ore was that by adopting a beneficiation flowsheet of wet preconcentration and magnetic separation after grinding,an ilmenite concentrate with a Fe grade and recovery of 60.28% and 76.13%,a TiO2 grade and recovery of 12.60% and 62.06%,was obtained.The result of gravity separation experiments of the tailings was that by adopting a shaking table separation flowsheet of single-stage roughing and one-stage cleaning,a concentrate with a Fe grade and operation recovery of 46.70% and 68.45%,a Ti grade and operation recovery of 22.0 and 79.01%,was obtained.
