摘要
实行优胜基准的前提是经营过程的可比性。本文概述了一种为优胜基准研究作准备而使后勤工作过程标准化的方法。这一方法已在一个实际的研究项目中得到评价。
The comparability of business processes is a prerequisite for benchmarking. The paper outlines a possibility to standardize logistics processes for the preparation of benchmarking studies. The method has been evaluated in an actual research project.
