描述了车间精益管理的要点和实践经验,提出了其核心内容是“一个中心,两个基本点”──以员工培训(T)为中心,坚持P(生产提高)、Q(品质保证)、C(成本降低)、S(安全卫生)等管理项目,坚持P(计划)、D(实施)、C(检查)、A(处理)等管理循环。
In this paper, the key concepts and practical experience of workshop lean management are described. Its core is 'One Center, Two Basic Points', that is, training is taken as the center with four supporting management items, namely P (productivity), Q (quality), C (cost-down) and S (safety & 5S), and management cycle, namely P (plan), D (do), C (check) and A (action).
