摘要
今后相当长时期内黄河仍将是一条多泥沙的河流,如何对21世纪黄河泥沙进行合理安排,是黄河治理中需要考虑的重要问题之一。在分析黄河泥沙变化趋势的基础上,采用黄河泥沙优化配置理论与模型,通过研究黄河各种泥沙处理方式的潜力与能力,提出了21世纪不同时期黄河干流泥沙的治理目标、安排模式和调控措施,并计算给出了不同时期黄河干流各种泥沙处理方式的顺序和平均沙量比例,试图为21世纪黄河泥沙的治理提供科学依据。
The Yellow River will be still full of sediment for long in the future,so it is an important issue how to allocate sediment in the Yellow River in the 21th century. Based on analysis of the trend of sediment change in the Yellow River,the control measures and allocation schemes as well as aims have been proposed for several periods in the 21th century. The allocation order and proportion of sediment in the main Yellow River are calculated in each period to provide scientific basis for sediment control.
