摘要
采用射频-直流等离子增强化学气相沉积法用C2H2与N2的混合气体制备了a-C:H(N)薄膜,用动物急性实验法和细胞毒性实验法研究了a-C:H(N)薄膜的生物相容性。结果表明,a-C:H(N)薄膜的生物相容性优于常用生物材料纯Ti,且能为细胞的生长提供合适的生长表面。
a C:H(N) films were deposited from the mixture of C 2H 2 and N 2 by radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition technique. Systemic acute toxicity test and cytotoxicity tests were used to assess the biocompatibility of a C:H(N) films for the first time. The results show that a C:H(N) films are perfectly biocompatible and provide a suitable surface on to which cells can attach, spread, and grow normally. These will create new opportunities for a C:H(N) films to be used on the surface of artificial joints and implants as an inert biomedical maternal.
