摘要 新烟碱类杀虫剂是国内外近年发展最快的新型仿生农药,且以吡虫啉应用最为广泛。该类药剂主要作用于昆虫乙酰胆碱受体,在同翅目等小型昆虫防治中占重要地位。近年来,害虫对吡虫啉的抗性日趋严重,因此引起了广泛的关注。笔者就此问题,对吡虫啉的抗性现状及抗性机理作了详细论述。 Neonicotinoid insecticides are the new bionic pesticides which have been developing fast in the last years both at home and abroad and imidacloprid is an important example of the class. Imidacloprid acts on the acetylcholine receptor of insects and it plays an important part in controlling the small insects such as the Heteroptera insects. It has been attracted wide attention that the resistance of imidacloprid is becoming more and more serious in recent years. The resistance status and its mechanism of insects to imidacloprid were discussed in detail.
