参附注射液对ARDS患者肺血流量及呼吸力学影响的研究

Study of Shenfu Injection on Blood Flow Volume of Lungs and Breathing Mechanics in ARDS

目的观察参附注射液对急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者肺血流量及呼吸力学的影响。方法将64例ARDS患者随机分为研究组(A组)与对照组(B组),A组予参附注射液静滴,B组予等体积葡萄糖注射液静滴;观察两组用药前、用药7d后肺毛细血管血流量(PCBF)以及呼吸力学指标,比较两组患者机械通气时间、住院天数及死亡率。结果用药7d与B组相比,A组患者各项指标改善明显;A组机械通气时间、住院天数和死亡率均比B组显著性降低。结论参附注射液可降低ARDS患者气道阻力,改善肺动态顺应性,调节患者通气血流比例,改善有效灌注,改善氧合,临床应用后可减少机械通气时间和住院天数,降低死亡率。

Objective：To observe Shenfu Injection in blood flow volume of lungs （PF） and breathing mechanics of acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）.Methods：64 patients were divided randomly into the Shenfu Injection group （group A） and the control group （group B）.Group A was received Shenfu Injection for intravenous drip.Group B were used equal volume 5%glucose.After 7 days,the PCBF,the other respiratory mechanics indices,the mechanical ventilation time,the hospitalization time and the mortality rate were compared between two groups.Results：After therapy,improvements of these indices of the group A were more obvious than those of the group B.In group A,the mechanical ventilation time,the hospitalization time and the mortality rate were decreased significantly than those of group B.Conclusion：Shenfu Injections has effects of reducing airway resistance,improving the dynamic compliance of lung,regulating the ratio of ventilation and blood flow,improving the effective perfusion,improving the oxygenation and lowering hospitalization time and the mortality rate with ARDS.
