摘要
目的通过观察补肾复方对压力负荷增加大鼠血浆及左室心肌局部血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平的影响,探讨补肾复方逆转左室重构的可能机制。方法采用放射免疫分析法,测定左室心肌局部AngⅡ水平。结果模型组左室质量指数(LVMI)血浆及左室心肌组织AngⅡ水平较假手术组显著升高;卡托普利组、补肾复方大剂量组、补肾复方小剂量组AngⅡ水平及LVMI均明显低于模型组。结论压力负荷增加大鼠血浆及左室心肌局部AngⅡ水平呈升高状态;补肾复方与卡托普利具有基本一致的降低此类大鼠血浆及左室心肌局部血管紧张素AngⅡ水平的作用;补肾复方逆转压力负荷增加大鼠左室重构的作用可能与降低血浆及左室心肌局部血管紧张素AngⅡ水平有关。
Objective:To observe the effects of Compound Bushen Decoction on angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) of the plasma and the left ventricular myocardium in rats with pressure overloaded and to investigate the possible mechanism of this prescription.Methods:The AngⅡof plasma and left ventricular myocardium were detected by the radioimmunoassay method.Results:The AngⅡlevel of the plasma and the left ventricular myocardium in the model group was higher significantly than that of the sham operation group.The high dose of Compound Bushen Decoction,the low dose of Compound Bushen Decoction and the captopril group,the AngⅡlevel is lower obviously than that of the model group.Conclusion:The AngⅡlevel of the plasma and the left ventricular myocardium shows a increasing condition in rats with pressure overloaded.There is consistency of lowering the AngⅡlevel in the Compound Bushen Decoction and the captopril group.In the Compound Bushen Decoction,it is related to decrease the AngⅡlevel of the plasma and the left ventricular myocardium that Compound Bushen Decoction could reverse the pressure overloaded and increase the left ventricular remodeling.
