Professional Clinical Research Physician Training in China

设计严谨、操作规范和结果可靠的临床研究结果是临床治疗指南和规范制定的依据,而这些指南和规范则是临床医师为患者提供治疗计划和作出医疗决策的根据。作为临床研究的主要执行者--临床研究医师(clinical research physician,CRP)是研究质量好坏的重要因素。作者参考了国内外培训临床研究医师的现状,论述了培养专业临床研究医师的必要性和可行性,认为中国的临床研究事业正处于逐渐规范、成熟的阶段,临床研究医师的培养迫切、必要;文章还对临床研究医师必备的职责及其培养机制进行了论述。

Clinical treatment guidelines depend on the results of rigorous, standardized and reliable clinical studies. According to these guidelines, clinicians provide treatment for patients and make medical decisions. As the main implementers of clinical research, clinical research physician is an important factor of the research quality. Reference to the current development status, the author discusses the necessity and feasibility of training professional clinical research physician and believes that it＇s necessary to rein- force the training plan in China which clinical research is gradually standardized and matured. In the end, the essential duties of physicians and the training system are also discussed.
