一般的分析都把东北亚合作进而东亚合作进展缓慢归咎于中日对区域合作的主导权之争,其实深层原因还有美国对东亚合作的影响。目前,这种主导权之争已经影响到东亚合作的健康成长。东亚合作的突破需要各方尤其是东北亚各方的共同努力,否则东北亚合作进而东亚合作仍将陷在多重框架竞争中,合作无法推动。

The general analysis impute the slow progress of the Northeast Asia cooperation and further the East Asia cooperation to the dispution of China-Japan cooperation on the ownership of regional cooperation.At present,this ownership dispution has affected the healthy growth of the East Asian cooperation.The breakthrough in the East Asian cooperation requires all members,Northeast Asia in particular,to make common efforts,or else the Northeast Asia cooperation and further the East Asia cooperation will remain trapped in the multi-frame competition,and the cooperation can not be promoted.
