摘要
本文报道了新型有机非线性光学晶体3-乙酰氨基-4-(N,N-二甲氨基)-硝基苯(DAN)的生长,以CH_3—SO—CH_3为溶剂生长出尺寸为15×15×1.5mm^3的DAN晶体。计算了DAN分子的二阶极化率,测量了DAN分子的偶极矩、平均折射率和晶体的粉末倍频效应,讨论了溶剂极性对晶体生长的影响和乙酰氨基在晶体结构形成中的作用。
In this paper the growth of new organic nonlinear optical crys-tal, 3 acetamido-4-(N, N-dimethylamino)-nitrobenzene (DAN) is reported. Singlecrystals of optical quality up to 15×15×1.5mm^3 in size have been success-fully grown in dimethyl sulfoxide solution. The DAN molecular polarizability β=28.4×10^(-30)esu were calculated. The molecular dipole moment μ=7.89 De-bye, a mean refractive indices n=1.72 and second-harmonic generation effici-ency of such crystals were measured. The effect of solvents on crystal growthand the action of acetamido on crystal structrue were discussed.
